The MFG Sales Generator ™ combines training, coaching and live outbound calling sessions to generate a huge increase in footfall to your retail facility.


On day one our automotive retail expert will arrive onsite and train your team in the art of effective appointment generation. That evening, your sales consultants will have the confidence and skills to get on the telephone and book appointments with customers that are ready to buy their next vehicle from you within days.

On day two we’ll refine skills further based on the previous evening’s performance and coach the management team to maintain morale and results. During the afternoon we’ll include a bonus training session designed to help your team excel in other key aspects of their role. Then it’s time to get back on the phones to book more even more appointments. Whatever your challenge, we’ll tailor our approach to help generate as many potential sales as possible.


How it works:


1. Booking

Secure your preferred dates in line with your objectives and team availability. Our typical packages last for two days.


2. Data selection

Compile 200 lines of customer data per caller. Depending on objectives this can include finance, lost sale, conquest or aftersales data.


3. Coaching & training

We train and coach your teams onsite for two days - splitting the business 50/50 so your business can work as usual in the background.


4. Live customer calls

Your sales team ends each day with 2 hours of live telephone calls - refining the new skills and process learnt in training to secure appointments.


5. Immediate sales boost
