MFG APPOINTS ROB LOWE AS GLOBAL KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER

The MFG Group is delighted to announce an addition to its senior management team to further enhance the service to its clients.

Rob Lowe will assume the role of Global Key Account Manager with immediate effect.

Lowe has been operating successfully as an MFG Senior Associate for the last 4 years and brings almost 35 years of motor industry experience to the MFG management team, having worked for franchised dealers across the UK and internationally.

MFG Group CEO, Declan Gaule said: “I’m delighted to welcome Rob to the MFG management team in this crucial and rapidly expanding role - already covering 24 international territories.

“Rob’s extensive automotive experience provided a fantastic platform for him to move into training and delivery of the MFG programmes more than 4 years ago. Since then, Rob has excelled in all aspects of his role and coupled with his eagle-eyed attention to detail and amazing customer service, I am confident that he will take MFG’s client relationships to a new level”.

With a mission of ‘helping retailers sell more cars, more profitably and more sustainably’, Rob is an enthusiastic and motivational leader. In the new role he will work with MFG clients to identify opportunities for growth, then support with the development and implementation of successful principles and processes to maximise sales performance and increase income generation. His appointment will help reinforce the principles of the MFG approach which builds confidence in sales teams, inspiring them to deliver professional, high impact outbound phone calls which secure high quality appointments.

Prior to joining MFG, Rob worked in roles including Sales Manager, Business Manager, General Sales Manager and Head of Business for some of the world’s most recognised and respected brands such as: Audi, BMW, Bentley, Jaguar Land Rover, Mercedes-Benz, McLaren and Rolls-Royce. Throughout this extensive career he has become a skilled automotive practitioner with expertise in change management, sales process and enquiry management.
