We are not looking for ‘trainers’ – we want high performing ‘pure retail practitioners’ with outstanding track records.
Job Title: MFG Associate
The MFG Group helps automotive brands drive footfall and increase sales. Our in-dealer sales generation programmes give sales teams the skills to conduct effective, professional and targeted customer phone calls that secure genuine appointments which convert to profitable sales.
Via group and one-to-one sessions, MFG Associates ensure that delegates achieve the specific sales task at hand and then help them apply what they have learned in other areas of the business.
As a result, we deliver an immediate sales boost and a lasting training legacy to all the major automotive brands we work with across the UK, Europe, The Americas, Middle East, Asia Pacific, Australasia & South Africa.
Significant UK automotive pure retail experience at the ‘sharp end’ – selling plus managing high performing teams and achieving pure retail KPIs
Proven and clear upper quartile track record of driving retail performance, brand standards and customer satisfaction
Significant major automotive brand experience
Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
Strong analytical and IT skills
The ability to ‘see the big picture’ at retailer level - applying MFG processes and your skills to deliver positive change in challenging circumstances
The ability to keep calm and measured in pressured situations
Formal training skills not essential – MFG will provide
Culturally aware and happy to travel globally
A genuine passion for sharing best practice and driving pure retail sales at retailer level
Ability to work as part of a wider team
