Job Title: Automotive Training Consultant
Location: Anywhere in UK mainland (with international travel)
The MFG Group helps automotive brands to increase showroom footfall and drive sales. The company’s two-day in-dealer prospecting training programs enable sales teams to conduct effective, professional and targeted customer phone calls that secure genuine appointments.
Via group and one-to-one sessions, MFG trainers ensure that delegates achieve the specific sales task at hand and then apply what they have learned in other areas of the business. As a result, MFG delivers an immediate sales boost and a lasting training legacy to all the major automotive brands that they work with across the UK, Europe, North America, Middle East, Asia Pacific, Austral Asia & South Africa.
The MFG Group is expanding rapidly and our trainers are central to this growth. The successful candidate will join our established team of trainers to deliver MFG’s prospecting solutions to the majority of the automotive sector. Essential skills include:
- A strong and proven automotive background
- Ability to work in partnership and as part of a wide and diverse team
- A genuine passion for training and developing people
- Excellent interpersonal skills across all levels
- Confident, diligent and focused in their approach
- Excellent presentation skills
- Self-motivated and autonomous with a ‘can do’ attitude
MFG’s events run over two days (Mon & Tues / Weds & Thurs) with the trainer being present over both days. This role necessitates a flexible approach to travel and may require significant time away from home. Due to the National/International spread of our client base, this role can be successfully achieved from anywhere in the UK mainland.
