Tony is a highly motivated trainer with over 25 years sales training experience. His core areas of expertise include prospecting skills, sales process, consultative sales, sales management and, importantly, treating customers fairly. He is also an FCA accredited trainer and auditor of financial services files.
Tony is an energetic trainer and brings lots of fun to the training room. He is also a caddy on various golf tours so understands the “psyche” of the individual and can coach accordingly. His ability to communicate with staff at all levels - including senior management – is fundamental in ensuring that the ultimate goal of increased sales is always achieved.
Using his financial services expertise, Tony can implement processes that will protect both the dealership and the customer – with guidance on current best practices.
In addition to being a good communicator he is also a good listener who can understand an individual’s concerns and come up with a suitable solution that will alleviate any issues.
