He has worked in the branded automotive industry in the UK and the Middle East for over 30 years and specialises in helping automotive retailers realise their full potential by recognising key opportunities within their performance strategy. 

Rob specialises in leadership and management (structured techniques for coaching, mentoring, performance management and continual development of your team), sales process (identifying the whole customer journey, improving sales funnel conversion rates, managing finance opportunities and providing the highest level of customer care) and enquiry management (maximising in-bound sales enquiries from social media, telephone, email, online and walk-in - with clear monitoring practices and converting more appointments into sales).
