Terms and conditions

Should a dealer not hit their target and therefore qualify for their event Free Of Charge we will consider the following:

  • Did the total number of delegates agreed at booking stage take part in the training and all four hours of calling (% efficiency). The agreed pre-event sales target will be adjusted in line with the actual % efficiency of the event
  • The efficiency measure of delegates calling will be signed off by a manager at the dealer and the MFG trainer
  • Was the data used based on Existing Data, Lapsed/Lost Data or a blend of both and in what proportion
  • MFG to send the emails and manage the dealers data to ensure suitable quality at preparation/upload stage
  • Was the Dealer Management team engaged and supportive from preparation to end of event including sales reporting
  • We will agree a fair threshold for sales per SE based on existing data – this allows for a reasonable level of variation in skill, difficulty of data, efficiency and engagement across all retailers. 
  • Sales to be reported within 10 days of event ceasing
