Following significant global automotive contract wins, we’re looking for experienced automotive specialists who can support our in-dealer training delivery requirements across the UK, Europe and Asia Pacific.
Job Title: Automotive Training Consultant
Location: UK-wide plus international travel across Europe & Asia Pacific
The MFG Group helps automotive brands drive footfall and increase sales. Our in-dealer sales generation programmes give sales teams the skills to conduct effective, professional and targeted customer phone calls that secure genuine appointments which convert to profitable sales.
Via group and one-to-one sessions, MFG Training Consultants ensure that delegates achieve the specific sales task at hand and then help them apply what they have learned in other areas of the business.
As a result, we deliver an immediate sales boost and a lasting training legacy to all the major automotive brands we work with across the UK, Europe, North America, Middle East, Asia Pacific, Australasia & South Africa.
We are expanding very quickly and high quality Training Consultants are central to supporting this rapid growth. The successful candidate will join our established team to deliver MFG’s sales generation training programmes in automotive dealerships worldwide.
Essential skills include:
- Significant UK car industry sales experience up to Senior Sales Executive or Sales Manager at least
- Prestige brand experience an advantage
- Global automotive experience is beneficial but not essential
- Additional languages a benefit but not essential
- Excellent communicator, passionate about helping others
- Keen to impart their automotive experience on a global basis
- Must have suitcase and be ready to travel and work in UK and overseas
- Must have current and non-hindered passport
MFG’s training programmes can run between 2 and 4.5 days per week (depending on the specific brief) with the Training Consultant being present at all times. As a result, this role necessitates a flexible approach to travel and may require significant time away from home.
Due to the national/international spread of our client base, this role can be successfully achieved from anywhere in the UK mainland.
