Declan Gaule Acquires The MFG Group

Director, Declan Gaule has acquired a 100% controlling interest of The MFG Group.

Gaule has purchased the shareholding of Co-Founder and long-term business partner, Jerry Sutton, as part of the pair’s planned succession for the business.

Sutton, who is stepping back from full time involvement in the automotive industry will continue to work with MFG on a consultancy basis in the design and delivery of its training programmes. Gaule takes on the position of Chief Executive with immediate effect and will announce further management appointments shortly.

Sutton and Gaule founded MFG Group in 2007 with the primary aim of providing automotive retailers and their customer-facing staff with the skills and confidence to make outbound telephone calls to prospects with a view to driving increased footfall and generating sales.

Under their joint stewardship MFG Group has evolved into the UK’s leading automotive prospecting, training and consultancy firm. 2018 will be the company’s eleventh year in business and during that time well over 25,000 delegates have been trained in the MFG ‘art’ of prospecting - helping retailers from over 97% of the major automotive brands to sell tens of thousands of vehicles.
