Dave Richards

Dave is an experienced automotive trainer. For the last six years, his focus has been on coaching/training sales executives on prospecting, sales process, goal setting and motivation - both in the UK and internationally. He has helped brands such as BMW, Mercedes, SKODA and others to achieve outstanding and game-changing sales from outbound telephone calls.
Dave currently assists automotive businesses across the board, working with leadership and sales in performance-related matters. He also works in consultative sales – helping people become experts in consultative sales techniques and needs-based selling for the best possible outcomes, higher conversions across the sales funnel and a greater customer experience.
As an ex-international cyclist, goal-setting and the achievement of goals is of particular interest to Dave.  
He is familiar with performing at peak state both physically and mentally which translates into both sport and business performance. Dave is still a dedicated sportsman.
